The Fellowship is also available as an LGBT+ advisory group, contributing to and consulting on practices to be an inclusive club, policy development and projects of significance to the LGBT+ community. Contact us for advice.

About Rotary
Rotary is where neighbours, friends, and problem-solvers share ideas, join leaders, and take action to create lasting change. Club activities, social events, and volunteer projects offer networking opportunities that build personal and professional connections and Rotary members can extend those networks by visiting other clubs around the globe.
At Rotary, we understand that cultivating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture is essential to realizing our vision of a world where people unite and take action to create lasting change.
We value diversity and celebrate the contributions of people of all backgrounds, across age, ethnicity, race, color, disability, learning style, religion, faith, socioeconomic status, culture, marital status, languages spoken, sex, sexual orientation, and gender identity as well as differences in ideas, thoughts, values, and beliefs.
Recognizing that individuals from certain groups have historically experienced barriers to membership, participation, and leadership, we commit to advancing equity in all aspects of Rotary, including in our community partnerships, so that each person has the necessary access to resources, opportunities, networks, and support to thrive.
what DEI means to us
By diversity, we mean the presence of a people from all backgrounds, cultures, experiences, and identities.
By equity, we mean the striving for the fair treatment of, opportunities for, and the advancement of all Rotary participants.
By inclusion, we mean the ability to create experiences and foster environments in which all people feel welcome, respected, and valued.
