The Rotary LGBT+ Fellowship is a group in the family of Rotary, dedicated to promoting global friendship, service and education. The fellowship aims to create an inclusive, understanding and welcoming community, fostering goodwill and peace, and realising a world that achieves fundamental fairness and equality for LGBT+ people.
Rotary LGBT+ Fellowship
The Rotary LGBT+ Fellowship connects members of the Rotary Family and works to build an organisation that is welcoming to members of the LGBT+ community. We work to connect members in friendship, educate clubs to be more inclusive and build a catalogue of service projects that support the LGBT+ community.
The Fellowship is also available as an LGBT+ advisory group, contributing to and consulting on practices to be an inclusive club, policy development and projects of significance to the LGBT+ community. Contact us for advice.
Inclusive Rainbow Heart Lapel Pin
By wearing the rainbow heart lapel pin, you send a message that you identify as a member or an ally of LGBT+ communities; you value diversity, equity and inclusion in Rotary; and you will call out LGBT+phobia in Rotary and beyond.
The Fellowship is proud to be a Rotary International ® Official Licensee.
Shipping outside of the US is temporarily unavailable. We expect this to be available again in July or watch our social media for updates.

Rotary is where neighbours, friends, and problem-solvers share ideas, join leaders, and take action to create lasting change. Club activities, social events, and volunteer projects offer networking opportunities that build personal and professional connections and Rotary members can extend those networks by visiting other clubs around the globe.
At Rotary, we understand that cultivating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture is essential to realizing our vision of a world where people unite and take action to create lasting change.
We value diversity and celebrate the contributions of people of all backgrounds, across age, ethnicity, race, color, disability, learning style, religion, faith, socioeconomic status, culture, marital status, languages spoken, sex, sexual orientation, and gender identity as well as differences in ideas, thoughts, values, and beliefs.
Recognizing that individuals from certain groups have historically experienced barriers to membership, participation, and leadership, we commit to advancing equity in all aspects of Rotary, including in our community partnerships, so that each person has the necessary access to resources, opportunities, networks, and support to thrive.
what DEI means to us
By diversity, we mean the presence of a people from all backgrounds, cultures, experiences, and identities.
By equity, we mean the striving for the fair treatment of, opportunities for, and the advancement of all Rotary participants.
By inclusion, we mean the ability to create experiences and foster environments in which all people feel welcome, respected, and valued.
